To meet our client requirement, Colorbond a Brand of NS Bluescope Vietnam, about an innovation idea for customer relationship management. We created a platform Bond Club with an App & exclusive customer services, activities for Valued Customers of Colobond.
Bond Club App create an innovative and interactive connection between Valued Customers & the company, and offered a whole new way to take care of them.
The digital platform included:
• Enhanced loyalty customers value by free services accepted by over 200 restaurants & vendors across Vietnam.
• Encourage return business by chat bot, feedback, share orders,..
• Enhanced customers interaction news, chat tool, survey tool, invitation tool, …
The campaign from 2014 strengthened Colobond’s position as a leader in the industry and increased the satisfaction of customer services . Follow Digital platform, exclusive offline activities of Bond Club such as Movie Day, Sport Day, Family Day with message “Not only esteemed customers, it’s about your happy moments together” completed full customer care to all the Valued customers.
The app saw hundreds of downloads, and Bond Club growing 150% VIP members/year with 99% services satisfied in 2016 and the Bond is still growing.
