Vietwind Creative (part of Vietwind Group) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use vietwindgroup.com.vn and interact with the social media Pages we manage, how we use it, and what rights you have. We process personal data in accordance with Vietnamese law on personal data protection.
Information you send through the contact form: your name, company (optional), email address, subject and message.
Usage statistics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are viewed, where visits come from and on which devices. It uses cookies and does not tell us who you are.
When you apply for a job, the apply button opens your own email app. The website does not receive or store applications; they reach us only when you choose to send an email.

We use an app registered on the Meta platform to publish and manage content on the Facebook Pages that Vietwind owns and manages (such as the Vietwind Creative Page and the Khanh Hoa Culinary & Cultural Guide Page).
The app is not used to collect or sell personal data of Facebook users. Comments or messages you send to our Pages are used only to respond to you, and are subject to Meta's policies.
Information is shared only with service providers the website needs to operate: Microsoft 365 (receives contact-form emails), Vercel (hosting) and Google (analytics). They process data on our behalf under their own security terms.
We disclose information to competent authorities when required by law.
Contact-form messages are kept in our company mailbox for as long as needed to correspond with you. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information from unauthorised access.
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold, and withdraw your consent at any time.
To request deletion, email tuan.trinh@vietwindgroup.com.vn with the subject "Data deletion request" and details that help us identify your data (for example, the email address you used). We will respond within 30 days.
You can disable cookies in your browser or install a Google Analytics opt-out add-on without affecting your use of the website.
